Chicken Fajitas

Marinade 1 lb chicken 2 hours or overnight in:
1/4 c lime juice
4 crushed garlic cloves
2 chopped red chilis
1/4 c corn oil

Cook chicken.

Mash 2 c canned red kidney beans into a puree.

Mash 2 avocados with 1/4 c lime juice and cilantro.

Assemble: bean puree, chicken, guacamole, sour cream, and cheese.
