2 1/2 c flour
12 TB butter, softened but not melted
3/4 c sugar
dash of salt
1 yolk and 1 whole egg
Make a little nest of flour, salt and sugar.
Work eggs and butter into flour. As soon as a ball forms, stop mixing.
Refrigerate 30-60 minutes
Roll out and top with jam or nutella
Bake- watch it carefully, once it browns it burns quickly
