250 g mascarpone
100 g lady fingers
3 egg yolks
100 ml almond milk
3 TB sugar
Mix yolks with sugar until blended well
Mix in mascarpone with 2/3 of the chocolate chips
Alternate in glasses:
mascarpone blend
cookies dipped in milk
Top with chocolate chips
Refrigerate before serving
