Jerk Chicken Marinade

For 4 chicken breasts

1 bunch diced scallions
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp allspice
pinch ground cloves
3 TB soy sauce
1 scotch bonnet chili- seeded
2 inch piece ginger, peeled and chopped
1/2 tsp paprika
pinch cinnamon
4 TB white wine vinegar
pepper

Put everything in food processor and blend until smooth.
Marinate overnight.
