Lasagna

400 g lasagna noodles
2 mozzarella balls
sausage or ground beef
onion
carrot
celery or zucchini
1 clove garlic
1/2 c red wine
parmesan
50 g prosciutto
2 large cans tomato sauce
herbs- basil, parsley
oil

Besciamella (3 1/2 c milk, 5 TB butter, 1/2 c flour, salt)

Grate veggies, dice garlic and ham. Fry in oil then add meat until cooked.
Add tomato sauce, wine and herbs.
Simmer at least 1 hour.
Prepare the besciamella and boil 5 minutes.
Cover with cheese and cook at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
