Penne Arrabbiatta

Cook 3/4 lb penne

In large skillet, heat 2 TB oil. Add 2 cloves minced garlic, 1/2 tsp red pepper and cook 30 seconds. Add 14 oz canned tomatoes or tomato sauce. Simmer about 10 minutes. Salt to taste.

Serve over pasta and top with Parmesan.
