Ragu'

250 g pasta
200 g ground meat
1 carrot
1 stick celery
1 onion
400 g can of tomatoes
3 leaves laurel
oil
salt

Grate carrot, onion and celery. Fry carrot in oil. After 2 minutes add celery and onion. Then add meat.

In the meantime, squish tomatoes. Add to meat mix, along with laurel and salt. Cook 10-15 minutes.
