Salmone al Forno

Salmon
300 g pancetta
1/2 c olive oil
2.5 dl white wine
1 lemon
salt, pepper

Cover salmon with oil and lemon juice.
Line cooking pan with pancetta and put the salmon on top.
Sprinkle with a little more pancetta.
Cover with wine, salt and pepper.
Cook 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
