300 g potatoes
4 TB butter
3/4 c sugar
1/2 lemon
peanut oil
25 g yeast
Boil peeled potatoes and pass through a presser
Take 2/3 of them into a bowl, add 2 c of flour, 1/2 c sugar, melted butter, lemon peel and yeast mixed with 1/2 dl water
Form into ball and let sit for 2 hours
Extend the dough so it's 1 cm thick
Make into donuts
Cover with the rest of the flour
Let sit another hour
Fry, then cover with sugar
