Zucchini Ripieni

Cut zucchini in half length-wise and take out the insides.
Mix ground beef, parsley, parmesan, salt, pepper, insides of the zucchini, and 1-2 eggs until it sticks together.
Salt zucchini and fill with the meat mix.
Roll lightly in flour.
Bake until cooked- around 20 minutes.
Heat garlic in oil, add tomato sauce.
Add zucchini to sauce until it's all warm.
