1 each green and red pepper, quartered
1 onion, sliced
1 c BBQ sauce
4 tortillas (10 inch)
Place chicken and veggies on greased grill over medium-hot coals.
Grill 5-6 minutes on each side, brushing frequently with BBQ sauce.
Slice chicken and veggies into thin strips. Divide filling among tortillas; roll up. Serve with additional BBQ sauce and pickles if desired.
