1/4 c butter
2 green peppers- cut into large pieces
4 onions- quartered
4 large tomatoes- quartered
4 celery stalks- cut into large pieces
3/4 c sour cream
1/2 can mushroom soup
1 TB paprika
1/2 tsp each salt, red pepper, worchestershire sauce
Brown chicken in butter. Add veggies and simmer 15 minutes.
Put remaining ingredients in saucepan. Heat just to boil. Pour over veggies and chicken. Cover and simmer over low for 1 hour.
