4B's Tomato Soup
32 oz caned diced tomatoes
9 oz chicken broth
2 TB butter
1 TB chopped onion
pinch of baking soda
2 c cream
2 TB sugar
Simmer all ingredients except cream for 1 hour. Add cream before serving and heat through.
