Lemon Cream Cupcakes

1 c butter, softened
2 c sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp grated lemon peel
1 tsp vanilla
3 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 c sour cream

Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

Frost with:
3 TB butter, softened
2 1/4 c powdered sugar
2 TB lemon juice
3/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp grated lemon peel
1 TB milk
