Rice Pudding

1 rice
6 1/2 c milk
3/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla

Mix everything but vanilla. Cook in crockpot on high for 3 hours.

In a separate dish, mix 3 eggs and 1 c milk. Slowly stir into pudding. Add 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg and vanilla. Cover and cook an additional hour.

Turn off heat and let sit 10-15 minutes.
