Rice
Large can kidney beans
2 cloves minced garlic
1-2 onions, diced
Parsley
Large can tomato sauce
Vegetable bullion cube
Oregano
1/2 c water
Chicken
Flour
Lemon juice
Cook the rice.
Fry garlic, onions and parsley in oil. Add beans, tomato sauce, bullion cube, oregano and water.
For the meat- cover with flour, sprinkle with salt and cook in heated oil. When almost done, cover with lemon juice, put the lid on, and let it finish cooking with the heat turned off.
