Tiramisu

250 g mascarpone
100 ml cream
3 eggs
400 grams lady fingers
3 TB sugar
6 cups prepared chocolate milk or Orzo
1 TB cocoa

Mix egg yolks with sugar.
In another bowl, whip cream and add to yolk mix, mixing well.
Whip the egg whites and add that to the mix.
Then add mascarpone.
Soak lady fingers in drink and arrange them in a pan. Cover with the cream mix. Alternate layers. Top with cocoa.
