Scaloppina al limone
4 pieces meat (chicken or beef)
one lemon
4 TB butter
salt, pepper
Coat meat in flour. Slice lemon.
In a pan, melt butter and add meat and lemon slices. Add salt and pepper.
When you flip the meat to cook on the second side, squeeze lemon juice into pan.
