1 can corn
1/2 c minced onions
1 TB garlic
2 cans chicken broth
10 oz can tomato puree
10 oz can diced tomatoes with chilies
3 TB fresh lime juice
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp red pepper
1 bay leaf
Cook in crockpot 4-5 hours on low.
Crumble tortilla chips in a bowl. Pour soup over and top with cheese and sour cream.
