Southwest Pork Salad

6 c shredded pork (see SW Shredded Pork recipe)
2 c cooked black beans
16 oz can corn, drained
1 1/2 c salsa
2 c ranch
2 avocados, mashed
1 bag tortilla chips
1 head lettuce, chopped
2 c shredded cheese
1 can sliced olives
2 limes
cilantro

Combine pork, 1 c beans, corn and salsa in crockpot. Cook 30 minutes on high.

Mix ranch with avocado.

To make the salad, layer in any order: pork mix, black beans, chips, lettuce, cheese, olives. Pour dressing over and garnish with lime and cilantro.
