Southwest Shredded Pork
6 lb pork roast
1/2 envelope taco seasoning
1/2 c brown sugar
12 oz can 7 up
Sprinkle taco seasoning and brown sugar over roast. Pour soda around sides. Cook in crockpot on low for 7-9 hrs. Shred and use for Southwest Pork Salad.
